By using Louerable, you agree that: Louerable is an online marketplace platform for renting items between users. We do not control the behavior of our users, and cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, safety or legality of any items listed on the website, the truth or accuracy of users' content or listings or the ability of users to complete a rental transaction. By using our website, you agree that we will not be liable for any damages arising from any rental transaction or interaction with other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and any disputes that may arise. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Payment Processing
Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (available at https://stripe.com/us/connect-account/legal), which includes the Stripe Services Agreement (available at https://stripe.com/us/legal ) (collectively, the "Stripe Terms"). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a lender on Louerable, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Louerable enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Louerable accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Louerable to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
